Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and xbaze ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the xbaze website at https://xbaze.ws, including all games, betting markets, payment services, promotional offers, and any other feature or content made available through the Platform.

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using any service on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

Eligibility

To register and use the xbaze Platform you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. xbaze may request documentary proof of age at any time and reserves the right to suspend access pending verification.
• You must act on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before using the Platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any person employed by xbaze or any affiliated game supplier or payment partner.
• You must be of sound mind and free from any external pressure or influence that impairs your ability to make informed decisions about gambling.

xbaze reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage and to refuse service, suspend, or permanently close any account where eligibility requirements are not met.

Account Registration and Security

To access real-money games and betting markets on xbaze you must complete registration and create a personal account. The following conditions apply:

• You may hold only one account. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using alternative identity information — is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
• All registration information must be accurate, current, and complete. You must update your information promptly if any detail changes. xbaze is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate account information.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity performed through your account is deemed authorised by you, whether carried out by you or a third party.
• xbaze staff will never ask for your password by any channel. If you receive a communication claiming to be from xbaze that requests your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately.

xbaze may require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal or at any time it deems appropriate. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.

Deposits and Withdrawals

xbaze supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All financial transactions are subject to the following terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the account cashier at the time of the withdrawal request.
• All deposits and withdrawals must be transacted using a payment method registered in your own name. xbaze does not accept third-party deposits and will return any such funds to their source.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes shown in the cashier section. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any outstanding KYC requirements on your account.
• xbaze reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending investigation if there is reasonable cause to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
• Deposits made in error by the player may be returned at xbaze's discretion, subject to applicable processing fees and any bonus forfeiture that may apply.

xbaze is not responsible for delays caused by a player's payment provider, bank, or mobile money operator. All transactions are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). xbaze does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Bonuses and Promotions

xbaze may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, deposit match promotions, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated when the offer is presented:

• Each bonus offer is available once per player and per household unless otherwise stated. xbaze reserves the right to limit or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any withdrawal can be processed. The applicable rollover multiplier and eligible games will be clearly stated in the specific bonus terms.
• xbaze reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any associated winnings if it determines that a bonus was claimed through fraudulent, abusive, or collusive means.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside of applicable wagering requirements, or used in a manner inconsistent with their stated purpose.
• In the event of any dispute regarding bonus application, xbaze's decision following review by the support team is final and binding.

Responsible Gaming

xbaze is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform offers a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, accessible directly from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you deposit. Once a limit is set it cannot be increased for 24 hours to prevent impulsive decisions.
• Session reminders: configure notifications to alert you after a defined period of continuous play so you can take a break and reassess your session.
• Cooling-off periods: temporarily suspend your account for a defined short period — typically 24 hours to 30 days — when you feel you need a brief pause from gambling.
• Self-exclusion: exclude yourself from the Platform permanently or for an extended period. During active self-exclusion no deposits, bets, or logins are permitted. Contact support to activate this option.

xbaze strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21+

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xbaze Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software errors or vulnerabilities, or use any bot, script, or automated system to interact with the Platform.
• Opening duplicate accounts, using false identity documents, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
• Using the Platform to launder money, conduct fraudulent transactions, or fund any illegal activity. xbaze cooperates fully with law enforcement on all such matters.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including coordinating bets to exploit promotional offers.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited, or using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.

xbaze monitors Platform activity for indicators of prohibited conduct. Detection of any prohibited activity will trigger an immediate internal review during which affected accounts may be restricted.

Intellectual Property

All content on the xbaze Platform — including but not limited to website design, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and data compilations — is owned by or licensed to xbaze and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, transmit, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of xbaze.

The xbaze brand name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of xbaze. Unauthorised use of any trademark, service mark, or trade name of xbaze is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xbaze, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the cost of substitute services — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

xbaze does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, third-party network failures, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability, for which xbaze accepts no liability.

Privacy and Data Protection

xbaze collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the Platform you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You are encouraged to read the Privacy Policy in full before registering an account.

xbaze uses SSL encryption to protect data in transit and applies industry-standard security practices to protect stored data. xbaze does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities where legally required.

Account Suspension and Termination

xbaze reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy published by xbaze.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct in connection with use of the Platform.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder or a referral from a recognised problem gambling support organisation.

Upon closure of an account for a verified breach of these Terms, xbaze reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a verified breach, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to applicable KYC requirements being met.

Amendments to These Terms

xbaze reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, xbaze will endeavour to notify registered players via their registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with a revised version of the Terms you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting the support team. The date shown at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
